Mr. Greg Harrington has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance. After eight years in the merger & acquisition field with a prominent wall street firm, Mr. Harrington has been a principle or co-investor in acquisitions of private/public companies with combined sales in excess of $500MM and has divested these companies to Fortune 1000 companies to London AIM listed company.
He is has acquired in excess of $150,000,000.00 of Commercial and Residential real estate in North America and Mexico. He has served as Chairman of the Board for the largest Tobacco/Confectionery Company (Sales $160,000,000). The company received the Arizona Corporate Excellence Award 2005 as one of the top 50 private companies. Mr. Harrington was the board member and majority shareholder of a publically-traded REIT, Director and Chairman of one of top 10 independent Mortgage banking firm (AMEX) in Southern California, and CEO of one of the largest engine re-manufactures in the west coast.
Mr. Harrington is the Principle, Officer, or Director of several public companies that have traded on OTC:BB/AMEX/Nasdaq exchanges. He has been, and continues to serve as an Officer and/or Director of private and public companies, both in the North America and abroad.
He has established excellent relationships with several large investment funds, hedge funds and private equity located in North America, Europe and the Mexico, and has engineered capital formation in excess of $250,000,000. In the current market place, Mr. Harrington has concentrated his efforts to the acquisition of small to mid-market private low-tech manufacturing and wholesale distribution companies (Min. Sales $5.0MM to 200MM), as well as going private offers for small-cap public companies and co-investment with management or CEO led buyouts of private companies.
Additionally, Mr. Harrington has over four decades of experience in agricultural operations farming and cattle operations and continues to be active today. For the past 10 years, he has played an active role in the all-natural Canadian Industrial Hemp Industy, has been instrumental in securing capital and patents in revolutionizing the hemp industry, and has been in the forefront of CBD and extraction process. Mr. Harrington was a founder and one of the first investors in a Canadian-based company that processes hemp to create environmentally safe hemp animal products, and a pioneer investor in the Medical Marijuana industry in Colorado, having owned grows and dispensaries. He is also the CEO of Two Rivers Water & Farming Company (OTCQB: TURV), a Colorado-based company which acquires, manages and develops the infrastructure of various agricultural industries including water rights and hemp.
ANDRAYA (DRAY) CARSON

She began her career as a financial advisor, where she received her Life and Health Insurance License, Series 6 and 63 License, and Real-estate license. She quickly became the Managing Partner for a Phoenix-based Asset-Planning firm, with an emphasis on domestic and international real estate-backed investments. Ms. Carson was recognized as the top Sr Asset Planner each year while at the firm, individually generating over $25 million in equity contributions and $200 million in residential, commercial and resort financing. As Managing Partner, she created and implemented new training programs, documented policies, and procedures for financial advisors, participated in product development and assisted in due diligence surrounding various projects and international investment opportunities.
Ms. Carson then co-founded a private equity firm where she was Sr. Vice President, overseeing Investor Relations and Operations while supporting the product creation team, and providing due diligence and research for innovative investment tools in the commercial and resort real estate sector.
In 2009, Ms. Carson launched Carson Consulting, LLC, a strategic business development and operations firm, focusing on start-up to mid-size businesses. Clients of the firm range from various industries including science, nutraceuticals, direct selling, health and wellness, capital markets, agriculture, construction, and various other services. This variety has allowed valuable insight into a wide range of industries. The firm still operates today, advising, creating and implementing streamline business processes, standard operating systems, and human resource and outsource operational support. Additionally Carson Consulting, LLC develops marketing initiatives, provides website and branding support, and develops investor portfolio packages.
Ms. Carson has further utilized her professional skill set through becoming an owner and the Director of Corporate Development for Växa Global, a Canadian based company supplier of high-grade industrial hemp, and for Fenner & Beane, a private investment firm with opportunities in a variety of sectors.
Ms. Carson founded Bag of Change, LLC, creating and selling products- with-a-purpose, dedicating the majority of profits towards the rescue & recovery efforts of kids freed from Human Trafficking in the USA. Additionally, she co-founder of Kaizen Progressive Health (formerly, Kaizen Medical Group), a pain relief and anti-aging medical clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Ms. Carson graduated with honors from California State University, Long Beach, with a B.A. in Interpersonal Communications and an emphasis Management and Conflict Resolution.

Ms. Turley graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Western International University. She holds her FINRA Series 4, Series 7, Series 24, Series 27, Series 66, Series 79, and Series 99 licenses.
OSCAR TAPIA PEREIRA
Mr. Oscar Tapia Pereira is an Attorney at Law with more than eighteen (18) years of practice, with emphasis in matters related with Securities Law, Regulation, Commercial and Corporate Law, ten (10) years of experience as Financial Analyst, Financial Principal and Compliance Officer, currently acting as Principal Executive in BVAI a Registered Investment Advisor in the Republic of Panama. Mr. Pereira has a Master’s Degree in Procedural Law with the University of Panama, Specialization on Telecommunications Regulation with the University of Brasilia – (UnB.), Brazil; Specialization in Corporate and Business Law with the University of San Francisco (USF), USA; and, ISO – Internal Quality Systems Auditor with Société Générale de Surveillance – (SGS) – Switzerland.
In his experience as a lawyer he served as Chief of the Legal Department of the National Public Services Authority in the Republic of Panama; supported multinationals as legal consultant (i.e. KPMG and Samsung). Currently he is advisor to the Board of Directors of Kraftpal Technologies in Europe (Belgium, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Lithuania). Fluent in English and Portuguese, he works as consultant and investment advisor in over 15 countries in Europe, USA, South America.
Mr. Ramone Chimelis has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets. He has held fiduciary responsibilities in several startups and as vice president of Palletkraft, N.A. During this time his responsibilities included strategic planning, operations and financial planning. He has successfully raised many millions in capital for green companies to high-tech startups in the artificial intelligence space. Through hands on experience and a strong work ethic, he has learned the nuances of bring successful ventures to market.
Mr. Chimelis spent his early career working on wall street as an analyst for technology offerings working at boutique firms in New York and Florida. He has spent the last two years working with graphene scientists and innovators helping to build on this new emerging platform for materials science.
