Greg Harrington

Managing Director

Mr. Greg Harrington has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance.   After eight years in the merger & acquisition field with a prominent wall street firm, Mr. Harrington has been a principle or co-investor in acquisitions of private/public companies with combined sales in excess of $500MM and has divested these companies to Fortune 1000 companies to London AIM listed company.

He is has acquired in excess of $150,000,000.00 of Commercial and Residential real estate in North America and Mexico.  He has served as Chairman of the Board for the largest Tobacco/Confectionery Company (Sales $160,000,000).  The company received the Arizona Corporate Excellence Award 2005 as one of the top 50 private companies.  Mr. Harrington was the board member and majority shareholder of a publically-traded REIT, Director and Chairman of one of top 10 independent Mortgage banking firm (AMEX) in Southern California, and CEO of one of the largest engine re-manufactures in the west coast.

Mr. Harrington is the Principle, Officer, or Director of several public companies that have traded on OTC:BB/AMEX/Nasdaq exchanges.  He has been, and continues to serve as an Officer and/or Director of private and public companies, both in the North America and abroad.

He has established excellent relationships with several large investment funds, hedge funds and private equity located in North America, Europe and the Mexico, and has engineered capital formation in excess of $250,000,000. In the current market place, Mr. Harrington has concentrated his efforts to the acquisition of small to mid-market private low-tech manufacturing and wholesale distribution companies (Min. Sales $5.0MM to 200MM), as well as going private offers for small-cap public companies and co-investment with management or CEO led buyouts of private companies.

Additionally, Mr. Harrington has over four decades of experience in agricultural operations farming and cattle operations and continues to be active today. For the past 10 years, he has been growing all-natural Canadian Industrial Hemp, has been instrumental in securing capital and patents in revolutionizing the hemp industry, and has been in the forefront of CBD and extraction process. Mr. Harrington was a founder and one of the first investors in Hemp Sense, Inc. and a pioneer investor in the Medical Marijuana industry in Colorado, having owned grows and dispensaries. He is also the founder and Managing Director of Växa Global, a Canadian based company supplier of high-grade industrial hemp.


Director of Corporate Development

Ms. Andraya (Dray) Carson has over a decade of experience in strategic business development, operations, business systems, sales, marketing, public speaking, and consulting. She began her career as a financial advisor, where she received her Life and Health Insurance License, Series 6 and 63 License, and Real-estate license. She became the top producer and Managing Partner for a Phoenix based firm.  Ms. Carson then co-founded a private equity firm where she was VP of Investor Relations and Operations.

She launched Carson Consulting, consulting for start-ups and small to mid-size business owners, focusing on strategic business development and simplifying business systems, to significantly improve productivity and profitability. Ms. Carson has been instrumental to the growth of over a dozen startups over her career.

She is the Co-founder of KaiZen Medical Group, a fully integrative physical medicine and regenerative clinic, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. In 2015 Ms. Carson and her daughter  started Bag of Change™, creating products- with-a-purpose; dedicated to the rescue & recovery efforts of kids freed from Human Trafficking in the USA.

She is an owner and the COO of Växa Global, a Canadian based company supplier of high-grade industrial hemp. Additionally, Ms. Carson is the Director of Corporate Development for Fenner & Beane, a private investment firm with opportunities in a variety of sectors.

Ms. Carson graduated with honors from California State University, Long Beach, with a B.A. in Interpersonal Communications and an emphasis in conflict resolution. She was on the University Forensics Team, where she finished first place overall in the state of California for Individual Events, Competitive Speech, and finished as a quarterfinalist on the national level.


Director of Finance

Ms. Sandie Turley has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of several boutique broker dealer and registered investment adviser firms in the southwest for the past 15 years.  Prior to her tenure with boutique firms she was the Chief Investment Officer for Maricopa County where she ran the investments for the $1.5 billion general fund, she also helped establish a brokerage presence for Northern Trust Bank in Arizona and worked for regional firms which included Boettcher & Company and Rauscher Pierce Refsnes.

Ms. Turley graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Western International University.  She holds her FINRA Series 4, Series 7, Series 24, Series 27, Series 66, Series 79, and Series 99 licenses.
