Founded in 1919, Fenner & Beane, LLLP. is private investment firm active in London, Winnipeg and San Diego. We are actively engaged in a continuous investment program of acquiring companies with strong balance sheets, experienced management teams and demonstrated operating results. In certain cases, we consider companies in turn-around situations or involved companies in Chapter 11 proceedings, if actions can be taken to correct or improve the situation.

Meet Our Directors
GREG HARRINGTON, Managing Director
Mr. Greg Harrington has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance. After eight years in the merger & acquisition field with a prominent wall street firm, Mr. Harrington has been a principal or co-investor in acquisitions of private/public companies with combined sales in excess of $500MM and has divested these companies to Fortune 1000 companies to London AIM listed company.
He is has acquired in excess of $150,000,000.00 of Commercial and Residential real estate in North America and Mexico. He has served as Chairman of the Board for the largest Tobacco/Confectionery Company (Sales $160,000,000). The company received the Arizona Corporate Excellence Award 2005 as one of the top 50 private companies. Mr. Harrington was the board member and majority shareholder of a publicly-traded REIT, Director and Chairman of one of top 10 independent Mortgage banking firm (AMEX) in Southern California, and CEO of one of the largest engine re-manufactures in the west coast.
Mr. Harrington is the Principle, Officer, or Director of several public companies that have traded on OTC:BB/AMEX/Nasdaq exchanges. He has been, and continues to serve as an Officer and/or Director of private and public companies, both in the North America and abroad.
He has established excellent relationships with several large investment funds, hedge funds and private equity located in North America, Europe and the Mexico, and has engineered capital formation in excess of $250,000,000. In the current marketplace, Mr. Harrington has concentrated his efforts to the acquisition of small to mid-market private low-tech manufacturing and wholesale distribution companies (Min. Sales $5.0MM to 200MM), as well as going private offers for small-cap public companies and co-investment with management or CEO led buyouts of private companies.
Additionally, Mr. Harrington has over four decades of experience in agricultural operations farming and cattle operations and continues to be active today. For over a decade, he has played an active role in the all-natural Canadian Industrial Hemp industry, has been instrumental in securing capital and patents in revolutionizing the hemp industry, and has been in the forefront of CBD and extraction process. Mr. Harrington was a founder and one of the first investors in a Canadian-based company that processes hemp to create environmentally safe hemp animal products, and a pioneer investor in the Medical Marijuana industry in Colorado, having owned grows and dispensaries. He is also the CEO of Two Rivers Water & Farming Company (OTCQB: TURV), a Colorado-based company which acquires, manages and develops the infrastructure of various agricultural industries including water rights and hemp. Mr. Harrington received his BA in Finance as the University of California, Fullerton.
DRAY CARSON, Managing Director
Ms. Andraya (Dray) Carson has almost two decades of experience in strategic business development, operations, business systems, sales, marketing, public speaking, and consulting. She began her career as a financial advisor, licensed in Life & Health, Series 6 and 63, & Real-estate, quickly becoming a Managing Partner for a Phoenix based Asset-Planning firm, with an emphasis in domestic and international real estate backed investments. Ms. Carson was recognized as the top Sr Asset Planner each year while at the firm, individually generating over $25 million in equity contributions and $200m in financing. She created and implemented new training programs, documented policies & procedures for financial advisors, participated in product development& assisted in due diligence surrounding various projects and international investment opportunities.
Ms. Carson then co-founded a private equity firm where she was Sr. Vice President, overseeing Investor Relations and Operations, while supporting the product creation team, and providing due diligence and research for innovative investment tools in the commercial and resort real estate sector. In 2009, Ms. Carson launched Carson Consulting, LLC, a strategic business development and operations firm, focusing on start-up to mid-size businesses. Clients of the firm range from various industries including science, nutraceuticals, direct selling, health and wellness, capital markets, agriculture, construction, and various other services. This variety has allowed valuable insight into a wide range of industries. The firm still operates today, advising, creating and implementing streamline business processes, marketing and business development.
Additionally, Ms. Carson serves as a Managing Director at Fenner & Beane LLLP, a private investment firm; a contracted Director at Two Rivers Water & Farming Company, a land & water agribusiness; and co-founder of Kaizen Progressive Health, a pain relief and anti-aging medical clinic in Scottsdale AZ. Ms. Carson and her daughter founded Bag of Change, LLC, creating and selling products- with-a-purpose, dedicating the majority of profits towards the rescue & recovery efforts of kids freed from Human Trafficking in the USA. Ms. Carson is a graduate with honors from California State University, Long Beach, with a B.A. in Communications, with an emphasis in Management & Conflict Resolution, where she also received State & National accolades in Competitive Speech & Debate, speaking on various topics including global markets.
